L'empreinte Avaline, a high-altitude restaurant, welcomes you to the heart of the Val D'Isère ski area! From a quick snack at the Snack , to a more substantial meal at the Restaurant , to dessert banquets or our breakfasts around a good hot chocolate, our team will be at your disposal from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. every day of the season!

All our dishes are prepared by a chilian chief on site & based on fresh products. So let yourself be tempted by some of his specialties which, we are sure, will delight the taste buds of adults and children alike.

For the record

For the record, L'empreinte Avaline is a high-altitude restaurant created from scratch in 2021. This modern restaurant perched in the heights of Val d'Isère used workers and materials from the region. Which makes this restaurant a unique & authentic place. The values of family, authenticity and simplicity are essential to us & this is what we want to convey to each of our visitors.

Why Empreinte ?

We want to leave a mark on our customers' minds by welcoming them in the best possible way and ensuring they have the best possible time.

Why Avaline?

The inhabitants of Val d'Isère are nicknamed the avalins.
